Since 1999 Key Performance Initiatives, Inc. has provided information and knowledge about the practices and tools that promote organizational performance excellence. While we firmly believe that training is a necessary investment in an organization’s human capital, it became evident that our customers and potential customers found it difficult to provide classical classroom training. Since this form of training is expensive, organizations get more from their money by holding large classes. This in turn impacts operations. The result is deferred training and rarely achieving the ideal of just-in-time training.
In 2002 we began to deploy our courseware via an online training format. We believe that our customers will find this format more efficient from the cost perspective and more effective from the delivery perspective. To achieve our vision, we at KPI have shifted most of our resources to developing courseware to eventually encompass the entire body of knowledge necessary to pursue organizational performance excellence.
